Getting Started Guide
You do not need to be flexible to begin yoga. The most important thing you need is an open heart and a small ego! Beyond that, you need a mat, a towel, and water. It is recommended that you do not eat a full meal for 2 hours before. Clothing should be comfortable, form fitting and stretchy.

Any yoga is better than none, but the true benefits show up over time and with consistency. It is recommended you practice at least 3 times a week.
